Shipping and Payment
Delivery in Kiev (cash)
Delivery is carried out with advance order from Monday to Friday (from 10:00 to 18:00).
Orders by phone from Mon to Fri (from 9:00 to 18:00), through the website basket around the clock.
Possibility of delivery on the day of order is discussed with the store manager. The goods can be picked up at our office (be sure to agree on this with our managers). Please check with our managers for delivery rules.
Shipping cost: for goods worth over 1000 UAH. delivery is FREE, for goods costing less than 1000 UAH the cost of delivery in Kiev is 50 UAH.
Possibility of delivery to the suburbs and its cost is negotiated individually + 6 UAH / km from KP
Pickup:
You can get the goods in our office. Having previously agreed on the date and time of the visit with the manager.
Delivery in Kiev (bank transfer)
When paying for an order by bank transfer, delivery is made in accordance with the previously agreed conditions. Please send by e-mail info@lumo.kiev.ua: certificate of VAT payer, certificate of registration and a copy of the power of attorney by which the goods will be shipped. For a state of emergency: registration certificate and a copy of the first page of the passport.
It is also possible to pay with a Privatbank card
